Payment:
Payments are due upon receipt of product.
Product prices are subject applicable taxes based on the tax base in the Province of British Columbia. (14.5%) - No Exceptions -
If you are outside of the lower mainland, shipping by means of your choice will be in addition.
Payment Method
Due to the SLIM margins on COMPONENTS, we can only accept:
A)Cash
B)Candian Funds Postal Money Orders
C)Western Union
D)Wire Transfer
E)Company Cheque - product released once the cheque clears
F)Personal Cheque - product released once the cheque clears
Any need for
judicial or mediation services to settle any
dispute will be recognized only within the areas
of New Westminster or Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam,
British Columbia.
Warranty-Individual Components
Unless otherwise stated on or before the delivery of goods, and indicated on the
bill of sale, all individual component sales are subject to 1 year manufacturers warranty. (Please check for 2 or 3 year warranty prices available on some products).
In the event of a malfunction, a written or e-mailed request for a RMA# must be submitted. Such submission must include the date of purchase, your name, product name / number and or type. Once a RMA# has been provided, further instructions will also be provided to the customer as to how to execute the RMA. This may include the product being picked up ( receipt for the product will be supplied to you )along with a copy of the original invoice.
Warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Customer abuse or lack of care is not covered.
A $20.00 pick up and drop off fee will be levied if the manufacturer finds and reports that the product is not defective due to their construction or specifications.
Warranty-Computer Systems

A $10.00 pick up and drop off fee will be charged for the pick up and drop off when an RMA has been issued. We charge this fee to cover cost of the same as the individual components must go back to the manufacturer local wholesaler.
Our prices are based on the lowest possible for your best interest. As such, we keep our overhead low by not having an actual retail storefront. Hence, the need for our staff to pick up and drop off for repair or replacement.
